RETURNS POLICY

 

Access the Return Portal

 

We hope you love your purchase. However, if it doesn’t work out within 10 business days of order receipt, please visit the Return Portal above to process a return. A pre-paid UPS return shipping label will be generated once the return has been submitted.

To return, an item must:

  1. Be unworn, in its original condition.

  2. Have return tag, as originally attached.

  3. Have branding tag(s), as originally attached.

  4. Be in original packaging.

Once your return shipment is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5 business days.  Any item returned that does not meet all of the above criteria will not be processed, and will be returned to the sender.

We will deduct $10 from your refund amount for warehouse restocking. Please note Express shipping fee will not be refunded. 

 

U.S. Returns

Please visit the Return Portal above to process a return. A pre-paid UPS return shipping label will be generated once the return has been submitted. For your convenience, custom documents are included with each shipment. To ensure an expedient return, please attach all paperwork to the outer side of the shipping box either behind the shipping label or in an envelop. The return parcel must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days from the date of return authorization for all refunds.

We will deduct $15 from your refund amount for warehouse restocking. Please note U.S. Express shipping fee will not be refunded. 

If you paid import duties and taxes and wish to apply for duty and tax refund, please contact UPS.com or DHL.com for a form to submit a claim to the U.S. government for reimbursement. You will need to provide import and export waybills and shipping documents for your claim. Smythe is not responsible for your refund application.

 

International Returns

Please visit the Return Portal above to process a return. Upon return authorization from Smythe, please return the shipment to the below address.  As you will be responsible for all associated costs for the return shipment, the ship method and carrier are up to you. The return parcel must be received in our warehouse within 15 business days from the date of return authorization for all refunds.
